Woke up unable to see very much at all and found this disturbing, so I called the 24 hour number given and within a few minutes the doctor on call is on the phone..she assesses that I can keep the appointment at 3 in the afternoon, as planned at the clinic, where she will see me.
Into Ottawa again - (I close my shop early to do this ) -- I like this doctor in person - she is honest and clear and explains to me that I have a scratch on the right cornea, and although it is 95% healed, she would like to leave the protective contact in for another day and gives me some different "tear" drops to use, and I am to return again tomorrow - there will be another patient as well - at 10 a.m. - okay - I'll be there.
I'm weary as I can't see anything in the distance, but inside the house, everything is good - I'm still sleeping well and am pain free.
